    • Natural Wood (NW): All natural wood applications including hard and softwoods
    • HI Natural Wood (HNW): High impact applications such as knots found in natural wood.
    • Man-Made Material (MM): Composite materials such as MDF, particle board, plywood, etc.

  • New Inserts for Universal Heads

    When ordering inserts with a “New” profile for a head
    NAP Gladu did not manufacture please provide:

    • Head Diameter
    • Hook Angle of the head
    • Manufacturer of the cutter head
    • Wood Sample or Drawing of the new profile
    • A sample Backing Plate that is used in the head.

    New Inserts for Dedicated Heads

    When ordering inserts with a “New” profile for a head
    NAP Gladu did notmanufacture please provide:

    • An existing insert with the original pattern
    • Head Diameter
    • Hook Angle of the head
    • Manufacturer of the cutter head
    • Wood Sample or Drawing of the new profile
    • WARNING! Changes to the profile can only
      be small due to the steel body interference.
